A lot of Asus UX360UA/UX360UAK units' CPU fan are always running at high speed, even not doing anything.

If the fan goes up to 4800 or 5000 rpm, there will be noticable noisy.

Solution: Just replace the mainboard. However, it is still a big chance fan still running at high speed or worse.

Latest BIOS ver for UX360UAK: 311 <= issue remain the same.
