Windows 10 login error message: 
The number of connections to this computer is limited and all connections are in use right now. try connecting later or contact your systemadministrator.

This error message persists even after PC complete shutdown and reboot.

Final workable solution:
Take OS boot drive/NVME SSD out => install on other PC and power on => login to the PC => power off => remove the OS drive and install it back to original PC then resolve the issue.
Note 1: It is domain joined PC.
Note 2: OS boot drive doesn’t have “bitlocker / Disk encryption” turn on.

Other solution from internet which doesn’t work.
Solution: Add Windows registry.
